Dear Customer,

In compliance with the provisions of Portuguese Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, as amended by Laws No. 102/2017, No. 14/2019, and by Decree-Law No. 9/2021, we hereby inform you that, as a consumer, you have the right to resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity if you are not satisfied with the solution proposed by our company regarding a contractual dispute.

ADR entities are independent and impartial bodies with the competence to propose out-of-court solutions to disputes, in a fast and cost-effective manner.
